French reports suggest that SCi are the mysterious bidder behind Eidos take-over...
Despite confirming that a provisional take-over bid had been made, forthcoming details from Eidos have been short in coming.
However today Les Echoes is claiming that SCi could be the mysterious company behind the bid; having recently replaced Eidos as the largest UK publisher and presumably recognising the importance of a number of brands owned by the embattled publisher, the move could be seen as a wise decision by some.
On the close of play Eidos share value rose by 9.03% to 39.25p, while trading continues to be âactiveâ on the share market; weâll have further coverage soon.
