SCEJ Announce New Ape Escape News

Those crazy apes are back in an all-new platformer for the Playstation2…
Along with revealing the first details on a new Kirby title, the Japanese comic âKoro Koro Comicâ today claimed that a new Ape Escape title is currently in development at SCEJ.
Entitled âPiposaru Olympiaâ initial impressions seem to suggest the game will be slightly different to the previous titles in the series, replacing small Olympic styled events in place of the more traditional platform antics; whilst some claim that this game will be closer to a party game more akin to the âMario Partyâ series.
Whilst specific details arenât known at present, itâs claimed the game will make use of a âcell-shadedâ visual approach that should suit the tone of the game perfectly.
âPiposaru Olympiaâ is scheduled to be unveiled to the world at next weeks World Hobby Fair; weâll have more detail soon.
