SCEE announces the latest title to make use of its innovative and excellent peripheral...
SCEE today announced a new title for its ingenious âEyeToyâ peripheral â“ the mini-camera which literally puts you inside the game.
EyeToy: Groove is scheduled for release towards Christmas, and challenges players to âget down and grooveâ to the music. Players have to pull out a variety of moves, including posing, waving and swiping as well as the basic dance of hitting the rhythm zones in time to the music. Bonus points are given for how much you move your body, whilst bigger scores unlock even more features.
EyeToy: Groove features over 25 licensed songs to cater for everyone in the family, including the likes of Madonna, Misteeq, Sister Sledge, The Jackson 5 and The Cheeky Girlsâ¦
The game also includes a multiplayer mode allowing you to challenge friends and family, whilst a challenge mode allows you to set your own dance patterns for others to follow. In addition the game features a âcalorie counterâ to show how much energy youâve burnt up whilst playing.
