Resistance 2 Revealed !!! News

Insomniac continues its rise as the PS3's most prolific developer with a Resistance sequel...

Given the success of Insomniac's entertaining but distinctly average, Resistance: Fall of Man, news of the sequel's impending announcement hardly comes out of the blue.

Revealed in a forthcoming issue of Game Informer, the first Resistance 2 details hint towards sixty-player online modes, eight-player co-op action, and the promise of two separate campaigns to play through.

Presumably picking up where the original left off, Resistance 2 will hopefully answer questions such as where Hale was heading, who his captors were and finally expose The Cloven.

Expect an official announcement and further details soon.
