Capcom officially confirm the development of Resident Evil online sequel...
Having briefly made an appearance in scans from Famitsu last week, Capcom has recently confirmed the development of Resident Evil: Outbreak File 2, along with a selection of screens and information from the game.
The success of the series venture into online gaming in both Japan and America has guaranteed the future of the franchise, with the eight main characters once again returning from the original. This time around itās believed that players have to firstly find each other after becoming scattered towards the end of the first title, with events taking place in the Racoon City Zoo ā“ which as you can see from the screens leads into some slightly disturbing occurrences with Zombie/Animal hybrids!
Sadly thatās all that is known at this stage, with the title likely to make its full debut at the forthcoming E3 event we can certainly expect more information soon; letās just hope online play makes it this time around.
