Leon S Kennedy's adventure becomes the latest Capcom title to shift a million...


Joining Frank West, Wayne Holden and the monsters from Monster Hunter Freedom 2, Capcom today celebrated the fact that Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition has joined its list of million+ sellers.

The success builds upon the achievements of the Resident Evil series, which has shipped over 33 million copies since it originally crept onto the scene back in 1996.

Keen to carry the momentum, Capcom has pledged strong support for Wii with the forthcoming release of Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, followed by the launch of Sengoku Basara 2 (Heroes), We Love Golf and Monster Hunter 3 (tri) following in Europe next year.

RE 4 wii edition kicks ass.
thay should bring RE0 to U.S
matter fact they should bring back RE 0,1,2,and 3 to the wii scence they had it them on GC. If RE 5 is big on 360/ps3,which it will. It will have to come out for the wii at some time.plus mos... [ Read full comment... ]

Once again, Japan adds to the endless list of titles that it is privvy to. We get jack! They never release anything over here unless they can guarantee it'll make teh monies. Greedy sods.

RPG4life what are you on about? RE5 won't be out on PS3/360 until 2009 at the earliest. Type Resident Evil 5 in the search bar at the top to find out more info on it.

i just got that recharchable battery base thing and i can't get leon to stop swiping his knife and he reloads after every shot anyone else have the same problem? could it be my sensor placement?

This is THE best version of Resi 4 & my favourite Wii game absolute class i just hope Resi 5 will be as good on PS3 but at the moment Wii Resi Rules!
