Ubisoft confirm Rainbow Six as an Xbox exclusive for the remainder of the year...
Ubisoft today announced the latest title in the Tom Clancy inspired âRainbox Sixâ series as an Xbox exclusive for 2003.
Tom Clancyâs Rainbow Six 3 is currently in development at Ubisoft Montreal, and will be released on the Xbox in time for Christmas.
The game has been designed to make full use of the Xbox hardware and will include 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound, Xbox Live! features for multiplayer and downloadable content and a new voice-recognition system allowing gamers to shout commands at one another.

"The same kind of exclusive agreement was a tremendous success for Tom Clancy's Splinter CellTM, which ended up being the top-selling Xbox game in 2002. With the Xbox's proven gaming potential and the recent addition of the Xbox Live service, we expect even greater things for Rainbow Six®3 !"
