The Pro Evolution Soccer series is renowned for its realism, and PES 6 is abundant with new gameplay additions. AI has been massively upgraded, with players running intelligently into space when not in possession of the ball and pointing where they want the pass placed to continue the attack. Similarly, the physical side of play has been refined, with players working to turn a defender as they receive the ball, while defenders must learn to stand off slightly to prevent such moves.

Konami confirms that the next-gen football title will be making an appearance in Germany...


Konami has today confirmed that Pro Evolution Soccer 6 on Xbox 360 will be shown at Leipzig's Game Convention 2006, to be held at the end of August. The news comes just a day after Germany was knocked out of the World Cup, with Konami announcing that Shingo 'Seabass' Takatsuka will be on hand to unveil and demonstrate the franchise's next-gen debut.

"This year, Leipzig is not only an European meeting point for gamers and traders, but also the starting point for one of the most exciting transitions in console gaming ever," commented Martin Schneider, Sales and Marketing Director Germany for Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH. "We are looking forward to presenting some famous guests who will personally present their games to the audience."

Currently in development for Xbox 360, PlayStation2, PC, PSP, and Nintendo DS, we'll have more on Pro Evo shortly...

Pro Evo 6 is great I love every Pro Evo game it is miles better than fifa and Pro Evo has much simpler controls unlike fifa which is so complicated.

you can score from the half way line every game on pes
could on pes 4 pes 5 and now pes 6. i think pes is well better tho, just pointing out mate.
