The latest Pokemon titles notch up 2million pre-orders as the game goes on sale in Japan.
Reports have filtered through from Japan, that an astonishing 2million pre-orders were taken for the forthcoming Pokemon Ruby & Pokemon Sapphire titles released today.
Many had thought that the Pokemon fad had passed, however this figure easily eclipses the sales of the likes of GTA: Vice City and FFX, put simply this is a quite unbelievable figure that must make the men at Nintendo very happy men indeed.
Itās rumoured that a Gamecube Pokemon title will be amongst the new titles Nintendo are set to announce in December; weāll have more on the Pokemon situation as it develops, but one word of wisdom, pre-order your copy now if you want to get the game when itās finally released in Europe!
