SCEE today announced plans to release a Playstation2 bundle comprising the machine and a copy of the eagerly awaited Metal Gear 2: Sons of Liberty. The bundle is scheduled to go on release on March 22nd, two weeks after the games release on March 8th. <br /> <br /> Although Sony refused to announce a price, expect to pay around £229 for the bundle. <br /> <br /> SCEE also announced the first PS2 titles to be released under the platinum range. As of March 1st, Gran Turismo 3, Tekken Tag Tournament, Formula 1 2001, Dead or Alive 2, TimeSplitters, Oni, Crazy Taxi, Red Faction and Star Wars: Starfighter will all retail for £19.99. Whilst some of these titles are better value then others, there’s no denying that GT3 for £19.99 is bargain of the century. <br />
