French car manufacturer design competition teams up with Bizarre Creations' Project Gotham Racing 4...
For the last six years the French car manufacturer, Peugeot, has held events challenging students to submit their own car designs in order to receive recognition, fame and adulation in the motor world. This year seems slightly different, however, with the winner likely to gain similar status amongst gamers due to the winning design's inclusion in Bizarre Creations' Project Gotham Racing 4.
Admittedly it's not too much of a surprise to learn that PGR4 is in the works, however this is the first "official" statement on the matter and seems to suggest that the winning design will be demonstrated at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2007, possibly leading up to a Winter 2007 release for PGR4.
Challenging contestants with the theme of "P.L.E.A.S.E. innovate", it's likely we'll see winning designs as extreme as Andre Coasta's 2004-2005 winning design in Bizarre's latest racer.
TVG has one or two contacts at Peugeot's parent company, PSA, which we'll hopefully be able to squeeze for further information; keep an eye out for more soon.

I'll admit PGR2 had more content, etc... - but that's what comes from rushing to have a luanch game - it wasnt that bad.
