Reports suggest Sony's social networking revolution is opening to the public very soon...


Suggestions that Home is about to open to the public have been ramping up over the last few days, with claims that the PS3's social networking app could appear as early as next week.

The reports come on top of screens that have allegedly been leaked showing Ver 1.0 on the PS3's XMB, along with claims from Susan Panico SCEA Senior Director PSN who states, "We'll be opening up the Home beta to the public very soon and hope to see you there."

When asked to comment a SCEE spokesperson issued the traditional "no comment on rumour or speculation", read into that what you will.

It's Final Fantasy VII sequel. That date is the same time as scheduled Square Enix DKS3713 August 2nd/3rd.

this a good thing over 9 yrs it will happen folk wiil soon tire of wii's and the xbox(which is nearly all shooters, fun 4 a while, but ps3 does more in all ways
