Sony announce a new bundle in Australia, Europe to follow???
Itās been rumoured that yet another price war is in the pipeline, as Sony today introduced a new bundle package in Australia; those who purchase a new Playstation2 will be able to pick up a free copy of Ratchet & Clank, The Getaway, WRC Extreme II, Kingdom Hearts or Sly Racoon.
This move follows close on the heels of Nintendo āFree Gameā offer with every new purchase of a GameCube, and has prompted many to speculate both Nintendo and Microsoft will either introduce new bundles or reduce the price of the machines.
Because Australia is located in the PAL territory and is under the control of SCEE, we expect a similar move to be unveiled across Europe, however this has yet to be confirmed by Sony; expect more information soon.
