Bohemia's eagerly awaited sequel may not see the light of day until 2005...

In a shocking revelation that has sent us all babbling like little babies, it has emerged that Bohemia Interactive eagerly awaited âOperation Flashpoint 2â wonât surface until 2005 at the earliest.

The reason behind the delay is believed to be because Bohemia is currently hard at work developing âOperation Flashpointâ for the Xbox and including Xbox Live! functions, which should go some way to making the delay a little easier to swallow.

Hopefully the delay will also allow Bohemia to develop a true sequel that pays utmost respect to the groundbreaking original, without worrying too much about time constraints.
