Codemasters step up to the wicket early next year with the release of Brian Lara International Cricket 2007 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation2 and PC.

With full ICC support, Brian Lara's 2007 outing promises to be the most comprehensive yet, with full recreations of the ICC Champions Trophy 2006 and the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 with genuine player names and likenesses.

Continuing with licenses, Brian Lara International Cricket 2007 will also feature an array of officially licensed cricket equipment, such as Brian Lara's MRF Wizard 400 bat, a bat designed to commemorate his world record performance of 400 not out against England in April 2004.

Further items include licensed bats, balls, pads, arm-guards, gloves, helmets, wicket-keeper pads and gloves from manufacturers such as MRF, Kookaburra, Dukes, Gray Nicholls, GM (Gunn & Moore), Morrant, Newbery, Slazenger and Albion.
