No Xbox2 At CES??? News

Microsoft insiders talk of a ‘wasted trip’ for CES attendees expecting to see Xbox2…


There are indications today that the Xbox2 will not be unveiled during Bill Gatesâ keynote speech at the Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas tomorrow. Sources inside Microsoft have apparently stated that the unveiling will not be taking place at the CES, something that TVG reported back in December.

With the console expected to be launched by the end of the year, the company is expected to unveil their next generation hardware at some point during 2005, but if itâs a no-show at CES, then we wait with baited breath for March at the Game Developerâs Conference, and E3 in May.

Weâll have more news on the Xbox2 shortlyâ¦

oh yeah just for the record the chip intel are working on is a 16 core chip possibly even going as far as a 32 core either way the next xbox will have all the features of the ps3 and more (though xbox live still wont be free i dont have a problem wit... [ Read full comment... ]
