Nintendo of Europe has today confirmed that it is to distribute Street Racing Syndicate for GameCube on March 4th 2005. The game, published by Namco, features a range of licensed cars including the Mitsubishi Evo VIII, the Suberu Impreza S202, and the Volkswagen Golf VR6 with range of modifications to build up your ultimate chav-mobile.

The game is already set for a March release on the other two console systems, with Hip Interactive set to bring the title to the PC around the same time. The fact that Nintendo are personally taking responsibility for bringing the game over to European shores may be an indication of the Japanese firm’s desperation to fill up an otherwise empty release schedule its GameCube system for the period.
