The previously announced Xbox 360/PC versions of LMA are pushed for the 2006/07 season...
Having been announced as far back as July 2005, Codemasters has today confirmed that the Xbox 360 and PC versions of LMA Manager will be released in September 2006. Originally tagged as LMA Manager 2006, the versions will now be known as LMA Manager 2007, and will be joined by an updated version for PlayStation2.
LMA Manager 2007 is set to feature a number of improvements to take advantage of the next-gen console, including featuring teams from fifty countries, and a season-history of up to twenty years. Further refinements are also being made to the 3D match engine, and the game will also sport match 3D match highlights of every game in the player's division.
Now that the 2005/06 domestic football season is over in Europe, it does make sense for Codies to holdback on launching the game for Xbox 360 and PC, but it also gives the development team more team to fine tune the title over the next few months.
