Capcom reveals the latest new addition to the Street Fighter IV cast, the lucha libre wrestler 'El Fuerte'...
The latest addition to the Street Fighter IV line-up is a scary looking fellow called 'El Fuerte'. The character was revealed in the latest issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu and subsequently reported by Kotaku.
'El Fuerte' is a lucha libre wrestler, which is apparently a term for professional wrestling in Latin American countries, particularly Mexico (thanks wiki). 'El Fuerte' is decked out with a PVC facemask in the Famitsu shot, which certainly supports the professional wrestler image.

A) It's a PREVIEW, nowhere does it say a REVIEW!
B) It IS a preview taken from the Xbox 360 build demonstrated at Leipzig Convention, and certainly NOT the arcade build.
