KTYO announce new MGS titles, that a version will be heading to the Xbox and a sequel to Z.O.E
Following on from Konami TYO announcement yesterday, Konami JPN today issued a financial statement and announced a number of upcoming titles, including āa second and third original title to follow on our Metal Gear Solid seriesā, and new titles bearing the Z.O.E brand.
The new MGS game will be entitled Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance, and will be developed for PS2, Xbox and PC. The new Z.O.E title is expected to shift 1 million copies when itās released later in the year on the PS2, entitled Zone of Enders2: The second Runner.
A number of titles are expected to be released based on the Metal Gear franchise for multiple platforms, one idea that has been mooted is of an online title. New sequels are expected to arrive every two years.
