Marcus Fenix and the team are coming to a silver screen near you...in the future...


New Line Cinema, producers of a raft of features including Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy, have signed the movies rights to Epic Games' Gears of War.

News of the deal comes from US Entertainment's Variety, which has also revealed that a 21-page treatment has been written Stuart Beattie, writer of Jamie Foxx and Tom Cruise movie Collateral.

So another Microsoft Game Studios title is being planned for a silver screen adaptation - but will it have a less painful development than the now 'on hold' Halo?

Halo 3 beta is not better then GoW - I dunno how you can label a 3-year old game with a couple of new features like the "second coming".

Bungie have got it made, Halo fans will lap up anything they throw to em.

overall ps3 sucks (from the list i made ...seams not) and xbox 360 is a better (noob cant afford one can you)
