Further update made to the Ensemble Studios website as we get closer to the present day – but still no AoE3 confirmation…

For the last couple of weeks we have reported on how the developers of Age of Empires, Ensemble Studios, have been announcing various dates from the great military campaigns from history. Weâve already had the unification of Sumeria and the Trojan War, and now Ensemble have announced that 1096AD was the start of the First Crusades.

At the moment, there is no official word of whether this is building up to the confirmation of Age of Empires III, so weâll just have to see what happens when the dates start to come closer to the present day.

Weâll bring you more news on AoE3 soonâ¦
