They may have been producing several wrestling titles for THQ (WWE Smackdown vs RAW) and Konami (Rumble Roses) in recent years, but Yuke's Co has a new tag-team partner for their upcoming Nintendo DS title: Ignition Entertainment.

The two outfits have partnered up to deliver Yuke's puzzler NEVES, which is based on an ancient game played since the 10th Century, and has been pencilled in for a European launch during the next couple of months.

Over 500 puzzles are included, with players having to fit different shapes into a larger shape, using the DS' stylus to move, rotate, and flip the various bits.

"The feedback we have already received pertaining to NEVES has been fantastic and we are pleased to be working with Yuke's. NEVES is one of those puzzle games that once you start to play it is difficult to put down," said Ajay Chadha, President of Ignition Entertainment's US Operations. "So few new games within the genre hit the mark, but NEVES is the perfect choice for any puzzle fan and will capture the imagination and quickly become a favourite."
