Korean MMO firm NCSoft has today announced the opening of its Shanghai-based NCSoft China, which will provide localised services together with the development and publishing of Chinese-centric titles.

The move follows NCSoft's acquisition of the remaining 51% stake in NC Sina, a partnership set up in 2003 between the Korean firm and the Chinese based Sina.com. NCSoft China becomes the latest subsidiary of the company, following the opening of offices in Osaka, Japan in the middle of January.
