NCSoft Celebrate Guild Wars Success News

ArenaNet’s revolutionary MMORPG sits on top of charts throughout Europe...
NCSoft and ArenaNet continue to celebrate the runaway success of the excellent Guild Wars, topping PC charts throughout mainland Europe and beyond.
The popular MMORPG continues to sit on top of the UK PC Top 10 for the second week running, while the game enjoys similar success in both Spain and France where the MMORPG loving French population have ensured the Collectorās Edition also resides in the chart at No.5.
The title has topped online retailersā charts across the web, reaching No.1 at Play.com, SimplyGames.com, Alapage.com, DVD.it, Webhallen.com, Amazon.de and Amazon.fr.
Official figures released from NCSoftās Korean head office suggests that during the first week of launch across Europe and North America, close to 250,000 players created free accounts on Guild Wars.

What makes Guildwars so unique is the free online play, and taking that away would be like putting guildwars down. Rusty syringe and all!
