Lost Planet is a sci-fi action shooter whose main character, after being saved by the Snow Pirates, goes on what remains of his memory to seek revenge against his father's betrayers through dangerous terrain and wildlife, while finding out the hidden truths behind this frozen planet. Through visually stunning graphics, the player will be fully immersed in a world of mystical beauty a breathtaking snowy planet with blinding snowstorms, and epic battles with gigantic aliens that inhabit the land.

Capcom confirms more maps in the future; first pack announced for March 9th...


Capcom has today announced that two additional map packs will be heading to Xbox Live Marketplace in the coming months, days after the publisher confirmed news of the first set of downloadable content for the game.

Last week, the publisher confirmed that the first map pack for Lost Planet: Extreme Conditions will be heading to Xbox 360 on March 9th. Featuring two new maps, Radar Field and Island 902, as well as a map included in the Limited Edition release, the pack will cost 400 Microsoft Points.

Further details on the two future maps packs have not been unveiled.

THIS GAME IS PRETTY POO, i have to play it now coz i want a good game/acheivemnent ratio, damn i shoulda checked out a demo first.
