Celebrations of the longest day set to begin throughout Azeroth as World of Warcraft plays host to another event...
Blizzard Entertainment has today revealed plans to celebrate the longest day of the year on June 21st, with the Midsummer Fire Festival set to take place across the lands of Azeroth.
Huge bonfires have been built across Azeroth to allow the peoples across the World of Warcraft to ward off evil, with 'ribbon poles' erected that will give avatars temporary protection from fire. New quests will also be added to the game, with quest givers dotted around the capital cities across the land. Oh, and there will also be a number of fireworks exploded in the night sky too...
Blizzard are currently working on patch version 1.11 of the massively successful MMO, which amongst other updates, will also see talent reviews for Mages and Shamans.
We'll have more news shortly...
