Xbox2 set to mark Microsoft’s latest move into the Asian market…


A report featured across www.sify.com today suggested that Microsoft will be aggressively targeting the Indian market for both PC gaming and the release of Xbox2.

Citing the potential of gaming as being huge in the region, Microsoft representatives claimed that the current generation of the Xbox wouldnât be released in the region, stating that the low penetration of broadband had been a âhindranceâ to its introduction in addition to inadequate distribution and retailing channels.

Microsoft India is currently undertaking an exhaustive research campaign to evaluate the market size and behaviour, the results of which are expected to conclude within the next three months.

oh and on the subject of power, POWER IS NOTHING WITHOUT GAMES THAT ACTUALLY MAKE USE OF IT. and so far only 1 game on the ps3 has(mgs4) the rest dont even try and bizarly i thought burnout was supposed to be designed for playstation yet it coulndnt ... [ Read full comment... ]

oh and one more thing about the 360's wireless controllers, once the rechargable battery packs die if anyone has ever had that, at least they dont have to buy a new controller unlike the six @sses controller the only other things the 360 doesnt have ... [ Read full comment... ]

Xbox 360 is great consul as was original Xbox both better than PS2 but now it's THE PS3 i prefer as its all rounder wiht Blu Ray and it's future proof...PS3

I own both the PS3 & 360. I must say I clock many more hours on my PS3, especially since MSG4 has come out. I also beta test Home. Its a great idea and will add some cool elements to the online space, but so far it hasn't been executed very well.... [ Read full comment... ]
