Larry Hyrb confirms that a global Dashboard update is being released imminently to fix minor issues...


Having added 1080p resolution to Xbox 360 in the Fall Update, Xbox Live's Director of Programming Larry "Major Nelson" Hyrb has today confirmed that a small Dashboard Update is being globally rolled out, which will fix a small number of issues linked to viewing HD video content with a VGA cable.

In addition, Hyrb announced that the update will improve plug and play issues between a wired headset and a wireless controller, as well as improve the accuracy of gamers' Played Games list.

oh yeah just for the record the chip intel are working on is a 16 core chip possibly even going as far as a 32 core either way the next xbox will have all the features of the ps3 and more (though xbox live still wont be free i dont have a problem wit... [ Read full comment... ]
