Upwards of 45% of Mario Kart players taking it online thanks to the free and easy service...


Upon its first week of release across North America Nintendo today confirmed that an impressive 45% of Mario Kart DS owners have taken a test-drive on the free Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection service. With over 112,000 copies shifted in the first weekend alone, Nintendo have reported close to 52,000 unique users logging on to play the game.

Upcoming titles for the service include Animal Crossing: Wild World due for a North American release on December 5th, followed by the release of Metroid Prime Hunters during March 2006.

people, whoever does not know how to connect to other players by ds download or milty cartrage game playing, go to the main screen of mario kart and g under multyplayer, then you wil se your options, but for wifi, you have to have a wireless router ... [ Read full comment... ]

Hey all for some reason I cant play with my son on this game. With the download play option. It stays in the download screen and doest move. Just keeps downloading. How long does it take to connect or is mine just messed up.
