Majesco Signs Game Adaptation Of Aeon Flux News

Videogame adaptation of Charlize Theron's forthcoming movie to be published by Majesco...
Majesco has today confirmed that it is to publish the Xbox and PlayStation2 videogame adaptations of Aeon Flux based on the MTV animation that ran in the 1990s and the forthcoming movie starring Charlize Theron, which is slated for an Autumn 2005 release in the US.
Set 400 years in the future after a virus has wiped out humanity except for a walled city-state called Bregna that is run by a congress of scientists; Aeon Flux is under development at Terminal Reality, who created Majescoâs Bloodrayne.
"We are excited to be partnering with MTV and Terminal Reality on such an encompassing project as Aeon Flux," said Jesse Sutton President of Majesco. "By including the voice talent and likeness of Charlize Theron, we hope to provide consumers with a product that seamlessly fits within the world of Aeon Flux yet offers an interactive component that complements its entertainment counterparts."
