If you PS2 owners were feeling left out, don’t fret because we’ve got some images for you right here.
It was meant to be simple for EA, they don’t put stuff out on the Dreamcast because the PlayStation2 would win the day. Now ironically, because of the failure of the Dreamcast it seems that Sega could stamp all over EA Sport’s dominance on PlayStation2. The 2k sports series from Visual Concepts has produced some quality titles and there is no doubt that Sega have forced EA to raise their game a bit. True, EA would on their own initiative put together a great and well presented game, but there is a danger that Sega may just produce something that’s better.
To keep ahead of the heated competition, there will be additional gameplay modes to keep you entertained as well as revamped visuals and all the other little tweaks that will set it apart from last yearās version. The package should hopefully improve the little things for the serious football fans as well adding things for those who like their challenges laid on for them. So far things are looking good for Madden NFL 2003 but we will have to see how it compares to the competition later in the year.
