Reports suggest that MGS4 might slip from its scheduled early 2008 release into the middle of next year...
Reports in the gaming press are suggesting that Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots might slip into the second quarter of 2008. The information comes from a Konami of Japan press release which comments that more time was needed for further improvements that will improve the game's quality.
Konami previously assured a simultaneous worldwide release date of early 2008. This stated delay will knock the title into a significantly lower profile middle of the year date. As this has traditionally been a quiet time for game releases, it seems a little dubious that a triple A franchise such as MGS would have a release in this period.
Konami broke with tradition for MGS4 by announcing a simultaneous worldwide release for Guns of the Patriots, given that the series has typically entered the Japanese market prior to releases in other territories.
A spokesperson for Konami in the UK wasn't commenting on the reports at the time of writing.

besides haze, killzone 2, R2, FF, and many more ps3 just sucks....jp ..... ps3 is gonna win this year
360 is a little baby compared to the ps3 and which get sick more often ..
