Konami confirm an impending European release for the return of Solid Snake...


Konami today confirmed a March 4th 2005 release for the hugely anticipated Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater across Europe.

As we previously reported, Snake Eater will continue Konamiās tradition of rewarding European fans who have had to wait for the release, with a variety of extras over the US and Japanese versions ā“ although sadly specific details on what form these will take has yet to materialise.

"This is the date Metal Gear Solid fans have been waiting for," commented Kunio Neo, President for Konami of Europe. "We are delighted to be able to offer European players the chance to play a version of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater that has a number of new elements over the US and Japanese games, and are certain that the new jungle environments and gameplay features will delight fans of Snake's stealth missions. It represents a new high for the series, and we have very high hopes for the latest stunning game from Hideo Kojima."

David Hayter needs to exercise and grow some hair on his head and chin to be solid snake. Plus I think he's perfect for it. But iuno about christian bale as the snake...he's a better liquid than solid

Oh and btw, you people need to stop jumping on one guy. Im sure there are about 20 other actors out there who could play snake. Jumping on one guy and saying anyone else would be horrible is just plain stupid.

Hugh Jackman is not nearly as good an actor as Christian Bale. Plus he stars in to many cornball action movies. Bale is the greatest actor of our generation. If he stars in this movie it is bound to be incredible.
