Famitsu reveals details on the importance of camouflage within Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater…

The latest issue of Famitsu has recently revealed specific details on how the camouflage aspect will feature in the highly anticipated Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.

With the first section of the game situated within the location of a dense jungle, the main focus is on how Snake adapts to his environment and remains undetected from scouting parties and dangerous predators within the jungle. Itâs claimed that this is displayed as a percentage within the game, which rises depending on how well Snake is hidden within the environment.

Not only will Snake have to perform the usual crouch manoeuvres that are common place in stealth titles, but also take into careful consideration his shadow and how this blends into the environment.

In addition there are a number of camouflaged suits for Snake to don within the game, each of which will be suited to different times of the day and location within the Jungle. Tying into this, players will be able to change the camouflage on Snakeâs face, giving players the chance to completely blend into the surrounding environment.

Weâre certainly intrigued to see how this turns out and believe that Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater will provide a far more compelling and interactive experience then its predecessor; weâll have more information soon.

David Hayter needs to exercise and grow some hair on his head and chin to be solid snake. Plus I think he's perfect for it. But iuno about christian bale as the snake...he's a better liquid than solid

Oh and btw, you people need to stop jumping on one guy. Im sure there are about 20 other actors out there who could play snake. Jumping on one guy and saying anyone else would be horrible is just plain stupid.

Hugh Jackman is not nearly as good an actor as Christian Bale. Plus he stars in to many cornball action movies. Bale is the greatest actor of our generation. If he stars in this movie it is bound to be incredible.
