Following on from yesterday's report, comes new details and even more speculation...

Carrying on from yesterdayâs news on Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, weâve since learnt that Snake is blind in one eye during the adventure. Keen eyed fans should check out the E3 demonstration, towards the end at around 10mins through the footage youâll notice Snake has one white eye whilst garrotting a soldier.

This brings up all manner of questions and raises doubt as to whether Snake is the same as in the first two games; based on a heavy genetic theme, itâs our guess that this could actually be the original Snake Pliskin.

Other details include a new âstalking modeâ that will make players more difficult to find by not displaying footprints and various other aspects, however this will make Snake slower and consume more of his stamina.

David Hayter needs to exercise and grow some hair on his head and chin to be solid snake. Plus I think he's perfect for it. But iuno about christian bale as the snake...he's a better liquid than solid

Oh and btw, you people need to stop jumping on one guy. Im sure there are about 20 other actors out there who could play snake. Jumping on one guy and saying anyone else would be horrible is just plain stupid.

Hugh Jackman is not nearly as good an actor as Christian Bale. Plus he stars in to many cornball action movies. Bale is the greatest actor of our generation. If he stars in this movie it is bound to be incredible.
