MGO Beta Opening Re-scheduled News

Konami has announced that the MGO beta will now start on April 26th, five days later than originally planned...


Following yesterday's delay of the Metal Gear Online beta until an unspecified time, Konami has now confirmed a restart date for the beta. It will now go live at midnight (PDT) on April 25th (8:00am on April 26th in the UK).

However, Konami were still cautious about this re-instated start time, commenting that, "While the start is planned for the weekend, it may change due to unforeseen circumstances."

As a result of this delay to the beta, Konami has extended the end date from May 6th on the original schedule to May 11th, providing a further five days of MGO fun.

1. ITS METAL GEAR! EVEN FOR A METAL GEAR GAME THIS GAME IS FREAKING ROCK SOLID!
2. It's the only mgs game with a multiplayer component. (except for mgs3:subsistence)

beauty and the beast, liquid, snake, frank jaguer, raiden, roy campbell, naomi, otacon, vamp, all great characters in mgs4 except frank aka grey fox in mgs1

That was a terrible review for an incredible game, landmark scenes of the game were ruined for first time players.

The revier states MGS4 an aquired taste? But it's pretty much these days it seems that every modern video game is considered an aquired taste now. MGS4 just goes to show that if you arn't into these types of games that much, of course the reviewer ... [ Read full comment... ]
