Lost Odyssey DLC Released News

A new dream sequence and a couple of new items make up the cut price downloadable content of Mistwalker's RPG...

Some of the more compelling experiences to be had in Mistwalker's Lost Odyssey, which launched on Xbox 360 back in February, were found in the many dream sequences. Key to creating strong emotions and links between the main character's past and his situation in the present, the sequences were used to hint at various locations, revisited many centuries later.

So news that the first batch of downloadable content for the game, which launched today for 200 Microsoft Points, includes a new dream sequence shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. Entitled 'The Shattered Bond', the sequence takes place at the bridge ahead of the Castle of Uhra.

Additional items featured in the DLC include a new ring, Killer Machine, and the Memory Lamp, which allows gamers to replay dreams in the Theatre Mode.
