Take on an unknown character and explore the island at your pleasure...

Vague details (could they be anything else) on Ubisoft's adaptation of the hit TV series Lost today emerged, courtesy of some information on the DVD Season 3 boxset.

Allegedly the game will allow gamers to explore the island in a free-roaming structure, but flip to the characteristic flashback sequences based on the main character's backstory prior to his time on the island.

Intriguingly you won't be playing as any of the main cast of characters, but one of the unnamed characters from the TV series that lurk in the background. That said, you will be able to converse and meet up with the established cast including the likes of Jack, Sawyer, John, and Kate.

Neither Ubisoft nor ABC are revealing too many details at this stage, with no confirmation of the game's genre or place in the Lost timeframe - despite the game's intended February release!

This is probably one of the worst Xbox titles. Ubisoft Montreal made the game, which also amazes me. Without giving to much away, you play a new charachter who has amnesia (sp) your quest is to help him recover his memory. You do encounter some of lo... [ Read full comment... ]
