Link, a young man raised as a wrangler in a small, rural village, is ordered by the mayor to attend the Hyrule Summit. He sets off, oblivious to the dark fate that has descended upon the kingdom. When he enters the Twilight Realm that has covered Hyrule, he transforms into a wolf and is captured. A mysterious figure named Midna helps him break free, and with the aid of her magic, they set off to free the land from the shadows.

Online retailer suggests a clash of the titans in November...


In the continued build up to one of the most anticipated game launches of the year, Amazonâs US and UK operations have listed the release dates for Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess as November 14th 2005 and November 25th 2005 respectively. Now whilst this will be a cause of celebration for UK fans of the series (only 11 days after the US release â“ Nintendo you are spoiling us!), the dates may prove to be far significant with Microsoft set to launch the Xbox 360 in a similar window.

With the PlayStation 3 expected to launch next Spring, it seems that the Xbox 360 party may be gate crashed by Nintendo and one of the oldest and most loved franchises in the industry â“ weâll being you confirmation of the release dates for both products as soon as they are announced...
