Copies of the infamous CCTV footage found in Legacy Interactive's TV adaptation...
Following the furore surrounding the BBFC's decision to refuse a rating for Rockstar Games' Manhunt 2, the UK videogames industry came under further scrutiny today with reports suggesting that Law & Order: Double or Nothing contains an image of the 1993 abduction of murdered toddler James Bulger.
Based around the US television series following the New York criminal justice system, the five-year old game contains a scene where a copy of the infamous picture is unmistakably visible, pinned to a notice board.
The Californian based creators Legacy Interactive seemed uncertain about the offensive content when questioned by the BBC, but apologised and insisted that the photo will be removed from future copies of the game.
