Konami reveal details about Castlevania: White Night Concerto, the latest title in the highly successful Castlevania series.
Konami unveiled the latest title in the highly successful Castlevania series; Castlevania: White Night Concerto is currently being developed for the GameBoy Advance. The game takes place in 1740, and features Jeust Belmont as the main playable character, the latest in the line of vampire hunters. The story begins when Jeust's friends Maxim Quicin and Liddy Erlanger are kidnapped and taken to Count Dracula's castle.
The games format will be similar to Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, seeing players adventure through Draculaâs castle killing the undead with a variety of weapons and magical spells. Ayami Kojima, the artist who worked on Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Castlevania Chronicles, will be responsible for character designs in the game. Castlevania: White Night Concerto for the Game Boy Advance is slated for a June 6 release in Japan. A Western release has yet to be set.
