European Nintendo DS consoles to get lost in blue in November 2005...

Konami has today announced that the Survival RPG Lost in Blue will be released on the Nintendo DS throughout Europe in November. Taking place on a desert island, Lost in Blue follows the survival story of a boy and a girl as they try to escape by learning key survival skills that would make Ray Mears proud.

Survival tasks such as fishing and milking goats, as well as hunting and digging are portrayed as a series of mini-games making full use of the Nintendo DS touch-screen and stylus. The flow of the narrative is affected by the success or failure of these mini-games, with the game featuring multiple endings dependant on factors such as the two characterâs developing relationship, lifestyle, and manner of eventual escape. As a bonus players will be able to play through the adventure from the girlâs point of view, something that Konami has said will expand the gameâs replayability.
