Konami continue to milk the Pro Evolution Soccer franchise...
Konami are rapidly becoming in danger of falling into the âEA Syndromeâ regarding its highly successful âWinning Eleven/Pro Evolution Soccerâ series, as the Japanese publisher confirmed the release of âWinning Eleven 7 Internationalâ for February 19th in Japan.
The latest iteration is based upon the improvements made in âPro Evolution Soccer 3â, and will be the first time that the series has appeared on a DVD in Japan because the game will contain all the commentary choices that are available in the Western adaptations.
In addition the game will allow you to import data from previous versions, whilst Juventus and Feyenoord will feature in their full authenticity.
Despite âWinning Eleven 6 Final Evolutionâ appearing on the GameCube, Konami have no plans to bring the franchise to the format after less-then-expected sales.
