Exciting news has reached our shores today, as Japanese firm KOEI announced that a video-game adaptation of the movie Oni, scripted by the legendary director Kurosawa, is currently in development with a possible release in 2006.
In the Press Release, KOEI confirm that the game is being developed,âfor the next-generation successor to the PlayStation 2 video game console.â
This is one of the first titles that have been confirmed for Sonyâs next-generation console, which will make it all the more exciting to keep track of over the coming months.
