Konami of Europe confirms 2005 PFA Player of the Year as one of the faces to promote the latest Pro Evo...

Konami of Europe today confirmed 2005âs PFA Player of the Year, John Terry, as one of the faces to feature on the UK version of Pro Evolution Soccer.

Strangely the press release makes no allusion as to this being titled Pro Evolution Soccer 5, however you can be sure that Shingo âSeabassâ Takatsuka and his team will be invorporating new gameplay features and aesthetic touches in the search to deliver the most realistic football title on any format.

A confirmed fan of the series, Terry has hosted tournaments at home for his team-mates and always remembers a copy of the game when on International duty. âIâve been a massive fan of Pro Evolution Soccer for years now and am really pleased to be able to work with the talented people behind such a fantastic game,â John Terry said of the agreement. âItâs the game of choice for lots of players as it is so true to the real thing. Iâm looking forward to getting involved â“ and getting to play advance versions on the way!â
