Xbox execs confirm that Peter Jackson's Halo title will be episodic in structure...
As the final days of GDC 2007 approach, Microsoft Game Studios' Shane Kim, has revealed a few titbits of information surrounding Peter Jackson's Halo game.
Announced to something of a fanfare at X06 last Autumn, Jackson's Wingnut Interactive and Bungie Studios' Halo universe-based collaboration has since been hiding in the shadows (no doubt hoping that it will have more success of seeing the light of day, unlike the 'on-hold' Halo movie). At a meeting in San Francisco, Kim and Satchell revealed that the game will in fact be episodic, and that Jackson is working on a second episodic-based title for the Xbox 360 too.
Further details have been held back however, with Kim revealing that the title remains very much in the design stage of development.
