ITV4 To Screen Golden Joysticks News

Industry awards to be televised as part of the digital channel's evening of games programming...
It's been announced that the 24th annual Golden Joystick Awards, which will take place at the Park Lane Hilton in London on October 27th 2006, will be televised on ITV4 as part of the digital channel's evening of games programming.
Making the announcement, Event Organiser James Ashton-Tyler said, "The Golden Joystick Awards are now in their 24th year and are the longest-running video games awards in the world. Because there're voted for by real gamers they've always been the gongs that matter most and we are delighted that by screening the awards on ITV4, we'll be able to bring them to an even wider audience."
