Atari confirm Hollywood talent to provide voices for Driver 3, sorry DRIV3R...
Atari today announced that it has signed a Hollywood cast to lend voices to the forthcoming āDriver 3ā, in addition to confirming a rename to the slightly confusing āDRIV3Rā.
Scheduled for release in Spring 2004, Michael Madsen (Kill Bill, Reservoir Dogs), Ving Rhames (Mission Impossible, Pulp Fiction), Mickey Rourke (Once Upon a Time in Mexico) and Michelle Rodriguez (The Fast and the Furious) will play the lead roles in the third instalment of the popular action/driving series.
Michael Madsen will play Tanner, the lead character behind the āDriverā series, who will stop at nothing to bring down an international car theft syndicate, whilst Ving Rhames will provide the voice of Tannerās hardnosed partner, Tobias Jones. Mickey Rourke provides the voice of the sinister leader of the international crime syndicate, whilst Rodriguez will play the part of Calita, the sexy leader of a Miami car theft ring.
