IO Interactive release some new images including one of a festive Agent 47 killing a Mr S. Claus…
As we previously reported, Agent 47 is to return to his money grabbing roots in the forthcoming Hitman: Blood Money due for release sometime in Q1 2005, and today the gameâs developer Io Interactive have leaked some more information about the game.
Glacier, the game engine that has powered every title in the franchise, has been updated to handle 'parallax normal mapping', 'refraction based effects' and 'rigid body dynamics,â whilst 47 will be able to have increased interaction in the environments allowing him to seek different infiltration points.
47 now has the added offensive âpush,â which as you can see from one of the images below can potentially neutralise an enemy quite effectively â“ reindeer may fly, but Santa definitely cannot.
After the disappointing sales figures of Hitman: Contracts, the pressure is surely on for Agent 47 to deliver a hit for IO â“ weâll have more information shortlyâ¦
